Before you ask

Quick answers.

What exactly happens on the demo?

A 30-minute working session: we map your data, your notices and your DPDP readiness deadline, and show consent being captured, sealed and verified — against your real use case, not a canned tour.

Is the DPDP Act in force yet?

Partly. The Act is law, the Rules were notified in November 2025, and the provisions establishing the Data Protection Board of India are already in force. The rest commences in phases: the Consent Manager regime from 13 November 2026, and the substantive duties — notice, consent, rights, breach and children's data — from 13 May 2027. That is the deadline teams are working back from, and it is closer than it sounds.

What happens to the details I submit here?

They reach our team by email and are used only to answer you. This form is not the ConsentEra platform. Inside the platform, personal data is encrypted at the field level with AES-256, isolated in the database with row-level security, and written into a tamper-evident audit ledger — and you can bring your own keys via AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault or HashiCorp Vault.
