Priced to your obligations, not your anxiety.
No tiers, and nothing held back for a higher plan. ConsentEra is one product — every capability ships in every deployment. What we work out together is scope: where you collect consent, what you hold, and who runs it.
One conversation.
Then a number that holds.
Rather than bend you into a tier that doesn't fit, we scope to three things — and you see the whole number before you commit — agreed up front, so there is no surprise overage at the end of a quarter.
Where you collect
The surfaces you capture consent on — web, mobile apps, cookie banners, a hosted CMP, call centre, in-branch. More surfaces means more notices to keep in step and more places a withdrawal has to reach.
What you hold
The systems that hold personal data, and how much of the estate you want discovered, classified and mapped. This is usually the part teams underestimate, so we scope it honestly rather than optimistically.
Who operates it
The teams running rights, grievances and governance day to day — how many people, in how many roles, with what approval chains behind them.
Not sure where you land? Tell us where you are and we'll point you at the right starting line — no obligation, and no pressure to buy at the end of it.
The serious parts aren't extras.
Security and proof are not a higher-priced add-on here. Encryption, key custody, isolation and the audit ledger ship with every deployment — because whether a person's data is safe should not depend on what their fiduciary chose to spend.
Encryption by default
AES-256-GCM field-level encryption with per-tenant envelope keys, before personal data reaches the database.
Database-level isolation
Row-level security in the database — the database, not application code, decides which rows a request can see.
A verifiable record
A tamper-evident, hash-chained audit trail an auditor can re-compute, and a signed receipt for every consent decision.
Built for India
Consent and notices in the 22 scheduled languages plus English, written for the people who read them.
Keys you control
Bring your own keys through AWS KMS, Azure Key Vault or HashiCorp Vault whenever you want them.
Identity & access control
SSO via SAML and OIDC, MFA, SCIM provisioning and granular role-based access, scoped per tenant.

Straight answers.
The things teams ask before the first call — answered plainly, without numbers we can't stand behind.
Why is there no price list on this page?
Because a number without your scope in it would be a guess, and you would find that out later. Every fiduciary carries a different weight of obligation — the surfaces you collect on, the systems you hold, the teams who run it. We work those out with you and give you the whole number before you commit.
Are there tiers, or features held back for a higher plan?
No. ConsentEra is one product and every capability ships in every deployment — encryption, key custody, the audit ledger, discovery, rights workflows, SSO. We do not hold security or proof behind a higher price. What varies between customers is scope, not entitlement.
Is there a free trial or a pilot?
We run guided pilots rather than a self-serve free tier, because consent and personal data deserve a careful setup. A pilot maps the platform onto a real slice of your own data and notices, so you can judge it on your ground rather than on a demo dataset.
How long does onboarding take?
It depends on how many surfaces and source systems are in scope, so we will not quote a single number that fits no one. Onboarding is guided end to end — discovery, notice setup, integration — and we agree a realistic timeline together at the start of the pilot, working back from your own deadline.
A price built around you.
Tell us your surfaces, your systems and your readiness deadline. We'll come back with a scope and a number built around exactly that.
